Mom's Hydrangea

Mom's had this Hydrangea since Mother's Day. It's done very well on the kitchen counter. Alas, when she moved it outside today, even having just been watered it quickly wilted up. I mean, the high today was only 104 degrees.........

And here is the reason that the plant was moved outside. You might need to click on it to make it a little bigger. The flowers are covered with this very fine spider web. All of the little tan specks are baby spiders. Maybe hundreds of them. We figured move the plant outside before they decided to go exploring......

yikes,.. my hydrangea pretty much died when I moved it outside. too much sun and not enough water I think. Not to mention being transplanted too. I probably should have transplanted it first,... then moved it. oh well. :)
