Shoe Laces.....

So the other day this kid in my class ties his two shoes laces together. You know, one lace from each shoe tied together. And he still has his shoes on. Now the real problem with this is that then they try to walk with them like that and it makes the knot REALLY tight and hard to undo. I don't even try. Out comes the scissors or knife.

But.....

Apparently after the 5-6 bus kids from my class left the room to go to the other side of the school where they catch the bus home, 3 or 4 of them decided to do it again. The P.E. teacher, being the nice guy that he is, is over there trying to untie the shoes so they can get on the bus and the bus drivers are getting impatient. So at least ONE of them had to hop UP the stairs onto the bus with their shoes still tied together. Why would I ever want to do anything else for a living?
