We went to Kristi and Matt's for Thanksgiving along with Bryan and Sarah's family. This is the Earth Quake Simulator that shows how the area around Grand Junction was formed. This is at the Dinosaur Museum a few miles from Kristi and Matt's house. The kids liked to stand on the plate that vibrates and moves around a bit to simulate the earthquake at the time the valley was formed. The display behind them has moving parts that show it as well.
