MRI

I went in for an MRI for my lower back Tuesday. Next Tuesday I go see a specialist about what my options are for treatment. My rheumatologist says that the MRI shows that I have spinal stenosis. No surprise there. When they MRI'd my upper back about 4 years ago they said I had degenerative disk disease in my spine so this is probably just a progression of that. It's been about a month now since my back started bothering me and it hasn't gotten any better. I have really had to curtail almost all activities. On the plus side, I've read a lot of books...........
