We've had a lot of cloud cover lately, but not much rain. This morning on the way to school I noticed this unusual cloud formation that just arched across the sky. The clouds were pretty smooth on either side of this band that showed some turbulence in the band, but not on either side. Click on the pictures, and you can see it better.
Almost directly overhead was this.
Which looked like an upside down drain that all of the clouds were being sucked into.

That's pretty cool. Could you see the clouds being sucked up?
They were moving, just not REAL fast. It had the visual of being more fast than it was.
Cool. So sad i missed it. Good thing you have your camera with you.
Weird. We had some pretty bad ones tonight also. (I actually got my camera out).
