Between our hotel and the valley floor was a pass at 6000 feet above sea level-chains required, but we didn't need them.
Tehachapi Wind Farm- look it up on the web- cool.
We took a detour on the way home to avoid some construction on I-15.

I love wind farms. I think if I could I would have one of my own.
Your pictures make me want to visit Yosemite. Probably won't happen this year. But maybe next year...
